Directory · Volume IX

Nine clinics across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

A guided locator for the patient choosing where to begin. Every clinic on this list is staffed by a primary care team that caps its panel at 600 patients per physician, runs an on-site CLIA-certified lab, and keeps same-day visits open seven days a week. Pick the one closest to your home, your commute, or your kid's school.

9 locations across 3 states · 42 board-certified physicians · 38,400+ patients on panel as of Q4 2024

The 9 clinics

Every clinic at a glance, organized by state.

Each card shows the neighborhood, full address, today's hours, whether the on-site lab is open this hour, the nearest transit stop, and a scoped booking link reserved for that location. The directory is updated quarterly; the hours below reflect the most recent audit from January 2025.

A practical note

Whichever clinic you pick, the experience is the same.

A patient who books their first visit at the Brookline flagship will be greeted, examined, and followed up with the same way as one who walks into Warwick. The nine locations are operationally one practice — the operational standards are centralized, the training is the same, and the records follow you.

  1. An on-site CLIA-certified lab in every clinic.

A1C and lipid panels return in under 35 minutes. Routine bloodwork is collected on the same visit; you leave with the result, not a callback. Every lab is COLA-accredited and re-audited annually.

  2. Same-day appointments, seven days a week.

Across all 9 clinics, 92% of slots booked before 10 a.m. are filled same-day. Saturday and Sunday hours vary by location — see each card above — but the online scheduler never says "next available in three weeks."

  3. A bilingual English/Spanish front desk and clinician team.

Every location staffs at least one Spanish-speaking front-desk lead and at least one Spanish-speaking clinician at peak hours. ASL, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Russian, French, and Italian are available at specific locations — listed under each card.

  4. In-network with fourteen major insurers — and a flat $89 rate if you're not.

BCBS, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, and eight more are accepted at every clinic; coverage does not vary by location. The self-pay menu is the same at every address: $89 new patient visit, $69 follow-up, $49 lab draws. Full price list at pricing & insurance.

Last-mile questions

A few practical things new patients ask before they book.

Quietly answered, in plain language, by the team that runs the front desk.

  • How long does a routine lab result take at the clinic?

A1C and lipid panels typically return in under 35 minutes. CBC, comprehensive metabolic panel, and TSH return same-day, usually within 90 minutes. Specialty send-out tests (thyroid antibodies, vitamin D, certain autoimmune panels) go to our reference lab in Boston and return in 2–4 business days; your care team messages you through the portal the moment the result arrives.

  • Do you take walk-ins, or is it appointment-only?

We are appointment-only — but the scheduler is built so that any open slot within the next 7 days is bookable in two clicks, and same-day slots are released every morning at 7 a.m. local time for that location. If you're sick and there is no same-day slot at your home clinic, our care team can route you to whichever of the 9 locations has the earliest opening that day.

  • What about parking and transit — is it actually easy to get to?

Every clinic is within a 10-minute walk of public transit, and every clinic has a free or low-cost patient lot unless noted on the card. Newton, Brookline, and Davis have the easiest street parking. Nashua and Warwick have the largest free lots. Cambridge and Providence are best reached by transit.

  • What do I need to bring as a new patient?

A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and an up-to-date list of medications (prescription and over-the-counter). That's it — we send the new-patient forms through the portal 48 hours before your visit, and they take about 12 minutes on a phone. If you have prior records you'd like us to review, the portal has a secure upload field; please send them at least 72 hours ahead so your physician can read them before you arrive.

The whole page's only job

Book your first visit at the clinic nearest you.

Pick a location from the directory above — the scheduler pre-fills your choice. New patient visits are $89 self-pay or your standard copay if you're in-network. Most first appointments are available within the next 3 business days.
